Sydney’s No. 1 Helicopter Proposal Packages

Start by securing your date with a $550 non refundable deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you can then let us know your preferred date(s) and we will confirm availability with both the helicopter and venue before confirming your booking. From there, we handle everything, maintaining regular contact to make the process smooth and effortless for you. We also give you a call so we can have a quick chat if we haven’t spoken prior. All you need to do is select your food preferences. If you’d like local recommendations for accommodation, dining, or activities, we’re here to help!

A day or two before the proposal, our professional photographer will give you a call to go over the details and explain how the experience will unfold. They’ll also discuss the best approach for the proposal itself, so they can capture the perfect moment. This is your chance to share your “cover story” (we suggest keeping the proposal a surprise by simply telling your partner about the helicopter ride). We’ll also give you a final call before the big day to update you on weather conditions and ensure everything is ready.

After our last call, assume everything is set unless you hear otherwise—no news is good news! On the day, you’ll meet our photographer, who will be there under the guise of assisting you with the helicopter boarding. When the helicopter lands and the blades stop spinning, you’ll approach together. This is the perfect moment to pop the question, and our photographer will be ready to capture it all, followed by a few staged photos as you get into the background. While you’re enjoying the flight, the photographer will edit and send you these shots, so you can share photos of the actual moment with your loved ones right after.

We’ve crafted an ideal flight path that showcases the diverse and breathtaking landscapes of the Blue Mountains, with minimal disturbance to the local community. The base package includes 30 minutes of flight time, but you can extend it up to 2 hours for a journey over iconic landmarks, even as far as the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We’re happy to customise longer flights to include any special locations you have in mind.

When you land back at the private garden, your photographer will greet you for an additional 15-minute photoshoot, capturing beautiful shots by a serene lake and close-ups of the ring. Finally, we’ll leave you with a picnic basket, blanket, bottle of champagne, and glasses, so you can relax and enjoy a private picnic together to celebrate your engagement.
